How we rate Bullwaves

Our scores are reproducible. Anyone with the same data should arrive at the same number. Here is exactly how we get from raw reviews to a 4.9 / 5.

   Source

   Reviews are collected from public Trustpilot data and verified live-account holders who submit through our intake form.

   Verify

   We confirm the reviewer's account status with a hashed account ID. Anonymous or unverifiable submissions are excluded from scoring.

   Score

   Each verified review contributes to four category scores: execution speed, spreads & fees, customer support, and safety & regulation.

   Weight

   Recent reviews (last 90 days) carry 2× weight. Reviews from accounts with >30 trades carry 1.5× weight.

   Publish

   Aggregated category scores and the overall score are published with the underlying review count.

   Refresh

   Scores refresh every 90 days. Outlier filtering removes the top and bottom 2% to limit brigading.
